It is prescribed during a preventive examination, when infections, chronic diseases are suspected, as well as before surgery or during pregnancy. However, to obtain a reliable result, it is extremely important to prepare properly \u2014 and this stage is often underestimated.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"541\"><strong>Why even bother urinating?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"628\">Urine is the end product of blood filtration, which is formed in the kidneys. It contains:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"839\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"667\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"667\">minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"709\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"709\">metabolic products (urea, creatinine)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\"
