Classic diagnostic methods - skin tests and determination <a href=\"https:\/\/medilab.km.ua\/en\/the-general-rule-is-that-the-cause-of-the-dyspnea-is-the-same-as-the-diagnostic-methods\/\">total IgE<\/a> \u2014 do not always allow us to accurately determine the cause of an allergic reaction. That is why modern allergology is increasingly using <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"475\">molecular diagnostics of allergies<\/strong> \u2014 a highly accurate method that allows you to detect the body&#039;s reaction to specific protein components of allergens.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"622\"><strong>What is molecular allergy diagnostics?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"993\">Molecular allergy diagnostics (component-resolved diagnostics, CRD) is a laboratory analysis method that allows you to determine <strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"800\">sensitivity to individual allergen molecules<\/strong>, and not just their mixtures. For example, instead of simply determining whether you are allergic to birch pollen, you can find out which protein (Bet v 1, Bet v 2, etc.) the immune system is reacting to.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"
