Its level determines how efficiently the muscles, heart, nervous system work, and how well other minerals, in particular calcium and potassium, are absorbed. That is why<a href=\"https:\/\/medilab.km.ua\/en\/analysis\/biochemical-blood-tests\/elektroitnyj-mineralnyj-obmin\/magnesium-mg-magnesium\/\"> <strong data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"342\">magnesium analysis<\/strong><\/a> often becomes an important step in the diagnosis of chronic fatigue, heart disorders, seizures, or emotional instability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"635\">This test is not just a number on a form. It is an indicator of metabolic balance, based on which the doctor can draw conclusions about hidden problems or check the effectiveness of treatment.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"670\"><strong>What does a magnesium test examine?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"906\">The assay determines the concentration of magnesium in a biological sample \u2014 usually in <strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"762\">blood serum<\/strong>, less often in urine or erythrocytes.
