In modern laboratory diagnostics <strong data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"359\">there is no single test<\/strong>, which directly &quot;measures stress levels.&quot; However, there are <strong data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"490\">blood tests that reflect physiological markers of stress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"544\"><strong data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"544\">What indicators indicate stress in the body?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"591\">Stress can be assessed using several biomarkers:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"612\"><strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"612\">1. Cortisol<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"731\">The main stress hormone secreted by the adrenal glands.
