Therefore, modern pathology is actively implementing new approaches that allow studying dozens of markers simultaneously, while preserving the context of the tissue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1137\">New immunohistochemistry methods combine the advantages of classical histology, molecular biology, and digital technologies, creating opportunities for personalized medicine, particularly in <a href=\"https:\/\/medilab.km.ua\/en\/what-oncomarkers-show-we-will-explain-simply-and-professionally\/\" title=\"What tumor markers show: we explain them simply and professionally\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"436\">oncology<\/a>, neuroscience and immunopathology.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1183\">What is immunohistochemistry: a brief overview<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1342\">Immunohistochemistry is a method that allows the detection of specific proteins (antigens) in tissue sections using labeled antibodies. The method is widely used for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1513\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1386\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1386\">diagnosis of tumor type and subtype<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1421\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1421\">prognosis of the disease<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\"
