{"id":10428,"date":"2025-09-19T07:29:15","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T04:29:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medilab.km.ua\/?post_type=product&#038;p=10428"},"modified":"2025-10-01T12:59:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T09:59:50","slug":"antineutrophil-cytoplasmic-antibodies-to-protease-3-anti-pr3-c-anca-igg","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/medilab.km.ua\/en\/analysis\/autoimmune\/antineutrophil-cytoplasmic-antibodies-to-protease-3-anti-pr3-c-anca-igg\/","title":{"rendered":"Antineutrophil cytoplasmic proteinase 3 antibodies (anti-PR3, c-ANCA), IgG"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"916\">When is it appropriate to conduct research:<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1342\">\n<li data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1020\">\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1020\">if systemic vasculitis is suspected with involvement of the upper or lower respiratory tract, kidneys, or blood vessels;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1057\">with clinical signs such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<li data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1117\">\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1117\">long-term sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, nosebleeds;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1155\">\n<p data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1155\">cough, shortness of breath, hemoptysis;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1201\">\n<p data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1201\">proteinuria, hematuria, signs of nephritis;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1265\">\n<p data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1265\">to monitor the course of the disease and the effectiveness of treatment;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1342\">\n<p data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1342\">for differential diagnosis between different types of systemic vasculitis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1375\">Interpretation of results:<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1750\">\n<li data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<p data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1495\"><strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1402\">Positive result<\/strong>: high probability of ANCA-associated vasculitis, most often granulomatosis with polyangiitis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1635\">\n<p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1635\"><strong data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1522\">Negative result<\/strong>: does not rule out the disease, especially in the early stages or with an atypical course, but reduces its likelihood.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1750\">\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1750\">In combination with the clinical picture and other laboratory tests, it allows for a more accurate diagnosis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1779\">Preparation for analysis:<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1919\">\n<li data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<p data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1819\">no special training is required;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1919\">\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1919\">It is recommended to donate venous blood in the morning on an empty stomach (at least 8 hours after the last meal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"520\"><strong data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"300\">Anti-PR3 (c-ANCA)<\/strong> \u2013 these are IgG class autoantibodies formed against the enzyme <strong data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"373\">proteinase 3<\/strong>, which is found in neutrophil granules.
