Antibodies to desmoglein-3 (Dsg3), IgG

Research on antibodies to desmoglein-3 (Dsg3), IgG used for the diagnosis of autoimmune bullous skin diseases, primarily pemphigus (vulgar form). Desmoglein-3 is a structural protein that helps connect epidermal cells. The production of antibodies against it leads to blisters and erosions.
