Antineutrophil cytoplasmic proteinase 3 antibodies (anti-PR3, c-ANCA), IgG

820 UAH

Anti-PR3 (c-ANCA) – these are IgG class autoantibodies formed against the enzyme proteinase 3, which is found in neutrophil granules. Their detection is an important diagnostic marker ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis, first of all:

  • granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's granulomatosis),

  • microscopic polyangiitis,

  • less often - eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss syndrome).

Anti-PR3 is detected in approximately 80–90% patients with granulomatosis with polyangiitis, therefore, it is one of the most specific laboratory tests for confirming the diagnosis.

Antibodies to muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase (MuSK)

1,800 UAH

Antibodies to MuSK are specific autoantibodies that may be present in patients with myasthenia gravis – an autoimmune disease characterized by skeletal muscle weakness.
Their detection is an important diagnostic criterion, especially in cases where antibodies to acetylcholine receptors (AChR) are absent.

Antibodies to myeloperoxidase (MPO), IgG

600 UAH

Analysis on myeloperoxidase (MPO) antibodies, IgG is an important test to detect and monitor certain systemic vasculitides, which cause inflammation of the blood vessels. Myeloperoxidase is an enzyme in white blood cells, and when the immune system starts to produce antibodies against it, it can be a sign of the disease.

What not to do before taking the test:

To get accurate results, you need to prepare properly for the MPO antibody test, as with most blood tests. Avoid the following:

  • Don't eat for 8-12 hours before blood sampling. The analysis is performed strictly on an empty stomach.
  • Do not drink alcohol. at least 24 hours before the study.
  • Don't smoke. within an hour before analysis.
  • Avoid excessive physical and emotional stress. 30 minutes before the procedure.
  • Do not take medication. without consulting your doctor. Some medications may affect the results. Be sure to tell your doctor about all medications you are taking.
