Venous blood sampling is performed in the morning on an empty stomach, after 8–12 hours of fasting. On the eve of the visit to the Medi Lab Plus laboratory, it is necessary to exclude alcohol consumption, avoid fatty foods, and minimize physical or emotional stress.

Before donating blood for immunoallergy diagnostics, you should definitely consult a doctor about taking antihistamines, hormonal or immunosuppressive drugs, since these medications directly affect laboratory indicators. In the morning before the procedure, you are allowed to drink only clean, non-carbonated water.
